Busy atm, but first thing I'd do is move education to the top, hence Ed -> Exp -> Skills. No college ECs?

He's still in college, therefore they'll want to know where he's studying. I've got good exp. too and still list the college first... Once you're out and about (2-3 years working) you change it.

You definitely won't wait 2-3 years to change it if you work in banking, you'll change it as soon as you're in banking and start talking to headhunters... it's largely indifferent what he does now. He could leave it as is and be fine. I personally had my education at the top and I had more of a work history than he does, but in his case if his school is relatively unknown, he will be in better shape listing the banking & PE experience first.
I had my education on top for SA recruiting and everything else, but moved it below work experience because several bankers at top MM and some of the elite boutiques mentioned that they only screen the top third of the resume at first. If that is true, I want them to see my work experience first.
Several bankers have said to highlight the PE internship more. How can I do so?
Thanks again.
EDIT: Yes, unfortunately, I have no school-related ECs. That is my weakness :( I am working with a few classmates to found an IB club, though.

I think it's fine the way it is.. He (like myself) went to a NT and has good work exp. so I think he should list that first.

It looks great IMO. MM PE internship particularly impressed me. You should highlight that more.
Wow, lots of help, thank you.
