How hard is it to get into IB in Latam? ¿CV?

I am finishing school next semester and will only have two courses left which i plan to take online.

I am not sure how hard it is to get into IB in general, and in Latam particularly.

I im in the top Latam school finishing business with, a not so minor, minor in economics. I have a lot of work experience including internships at a top market research firm and at a local investment banking boutique, apart from being a TA for 3 years and a research assistant for 2 years. My grades are low 2,8 but grades aren't as high as in the us or Europe and it was my initial two years of school (out of 5.5) that where really bad, recently I've done quite good.

I want to work at a good bank, BB or boutique, maybe locals.

This years recruiting process has started so i will be sending my CV obviously.

Can you please DESTROY my cv with an IB eye?
