How to list active deals on CV

Hi All,

Currently working on a live deal that has been announced already in the press (stock has moved already). I am currently working on execution of the deal - think financing for M&A/LBO, tender offer, legal stuff etc. I would want to list this deal on my CV before I reach out to HHs ASAP (for personnal reasons). I am not sure if I can list the deal and how intensively I can discuss this. A lot has been done already but there is more to go through. But all the classic number crunching, books etc has been done, hence I think it is relevant to have it on my CV.

How should I approach this? How specific can I be with what has been done/is yet to be done?

Thanks guys
