Junior Heading into SA recruitment

Just looking to polish up what I've currently got for SA recruiting. Would love to know what can be tweaked, omitted, or added.

Also, is my lack of extracurricular's a big problem? I transferred into a semi-target last year and was pretty occupied with off-cycle internships that kind of consumed all of my spare time. The EC experience I have on the resume is pretty much the only meaningful thing I could list that I could really talk in depth. Would it also be worth pursuing another fall off-cycle? (FYI: Where I study, it takes a lot of time to commute around with no car)

How exactly are they going to know that. Dean's list is kind of a bs thing anyways to be honest. They already know you have a high gpa? Anyway you can equate a cumulative gpa for both schools?
