Last resume check- PLEASE ROAST IT. I am not receiving any interviews

Hello WSO family, hope you're well. I have been applying to many many jobs but barely receiving any interviews. i understand the job market is tough for a recent graduate. Is there anything i can do to make myself a better candidate? I have been thinking about MSF but i feel it is a waste of money especially that i am going to take a loan for it.

I appreciate it a lot and looking forward for all of your response.

You have less experience than some freshman at my semi-target, and your only IB job is outside of the US, which (to hiring managers) looks like some nepo internship. Also, they will prob interview any top 20 school kid over you. I know this is a bit tough to hear, but just keep your head up and keep pushing.

Appreciate your feedback! Is there something you recommend me to do in order to land more interviews? MSF, CFA or what?
I was a barista for 4 years during my undergraduate, do you think i should put it on my resume?

Be more consistent on your resume. For example; you spell all months with three letters, except for July. Amman,Jordan is placed too far to the right, and does not allign with the other locations. Small things, but you want it to be perfect.

If you're in the NYC area, try to go to as many networking events as possible. Cold email early stage startups for contract / project work.

Network / cold email alumni from your network at hospital systems in New York City (NYU, HSS, MSK, NYP, Northwell, NYC H+H). They are hiring aggressively right now. Did this not so long ago and have had success getting into interview processes. Not ideal employers but they are at least hiring.
