My school’s resume format blows dick

Incoming transfer student to a target. You can probably figure out which school this is if you go there but my new school’s resume format uses Garamond and asks you to list your address and your high school I know I can remove the address and high school but the Garamond looks so over the top and this format is so much less space efficient than my old school’s Is it acceptable to submit a resume in another school’s format for SA positions?

high school is weird unless you wanna bond with people over it if you went to a place like deerfield or Lville. Address i think is standard, and garamond is standard too given that it’s more formal than a font like times new roman or calibri. Don’t think many people would care about the last thing but your school is traditionally correct in using a more formal font for resume and cover letter
