Assistant Accountant (intern) Jan 2010-present • Process account payable and account receivable in QuickBooks Pro. Generate monthly expenses, Reconcile statements for month end close. Track quantity of inventory in stock. Prepare an income statement and a cash flow statement.

Student Worker • Replaced a manual scheduling book to an electronic scheduling book using MS Excel to save time and reduce prone errors and the testing services operated more efficiently and proctored more examinees using the electronic scheduling book. Processed invoices and payments using Student Manager. Generated monthly income for month end close and reported to a supervisor. Created teacher evaluations’ labels for end of every semester using MS Access.

   Finance Class Projects:  Evaluated Region Bank’s performance of year 2004 to year 2008 and 
   analyzed condition ratios. The research was based on its income statements, balance sheets, cash
   flow statements and performance ratios. Downloaded data from FDIC. Investment class final
   project: Picked 10 different stocks randomly, analyzed their correlations and evaluated their risks.
   Statistic Analysis:  Attended an Intermediate Business and Economics Statistics course; earned an A.

1) You don't need an objective 2) Start with experience (not employment history) & quantify your experiences/show their impact on your employer 3) Use action verbs 4) Create a section at the bottom for "Skills & Interests" 5) Include full GPA 6) Do not allow bullets to carry across more than two lines, one is preferable 7) You completed your degree in one year?

The heading can simply be "work experience" "education" "awards" "extracurriculars" or "leadership activities" etc. You can tie education-awards together, work experience, leadership/volunteer, interests, if you are still in college. Also make sure to list out your diverse geographic exposure because you never know where your interviewer came from / went to school. And yeah, pdf/doc would be much better bcs you still have to edit your formatting, etc.
