Resume changes after College

So I'm fixing up my resume for the first time since graduating. I'm an I-Banker half a year into the job and I have some limited transaction experience I can talk about now. The goal is to end up in a tech-focused investor role, probably in Growth Equity. The question is threefold:

  1. What are some of the major changes to make to a resume right after starting a full-time job?

  2. Do you drop Education below your Work Experience section?

  3. Do you cut out the Leadership / Activities section entirely? Or just really thin it down? On the margin, will an extra bullet point about building models and slides be worth more? Or a detail about a big club event you put on a year ago?

Interested in any other insight on this point not captured in these questions.
