Overall there isn't that much of a difference but I'd take the second version, looks more clean.

Yeah, I was planning to remove all the periods if I use the second version. Does the 2nd version look too cluttered? The font size is smaller and the margins are smaller in order to jam in more information.

That was my personal impression; I actually found the second harder to read. Some of the wording is a bit different, but not really enough to be noticeable if you just wanted to go ahead and use the first.
