Rising Senior FT IBD Resume

My primary concern is that my most recent internship info is really cluttered. Ideally I get a FT from this place, but if it doesn't work out I'm shooting for MM and boutiques (I'll still apply for everything but not expecting much from EBs, BBs, and even elite MMs to be honest b/c of my gpa, even though my current gig is kind of an elite MM - got it thru a frat connection).

my gpa is too low where I've never gotten any college honors, and in terms of relevant coursework, all I've had is intro to accounting (and if you realllly stretch it, intermediate macro/micro/econometrics and financial math - a math class on derivatives trading)

Thanks for any and all feedback! I really appreciate it

Make your GPA consistent. 3.27/4.0 looks like shit. 3.27/4.00 or 3.3/4.0.

Pick a specific month for graduation instead of having 2.

Don't use specific days for your resume. Use the month and the year.

Don't say TMT Desk. Just say TMT.

1.Just put "ADDITIONAL INFORMATION" on the bottom. 2. Just use the month/year not actual dates for everything. 3.Are you allowed to disclose so much detail on the projects you worked? Revenues, dates to close, type of company etc. If I really wanted to, or anyone really, we could probably figure out which company you're talking about or getting down to 3-4 companies. Just wondering. 4. I think you forgot the "S" in "Mathematics" 5. A lot of your bullets sound the same: "Creating pitch decks". Try to differnetiate what you did, and make that area more concise it is kind of an eye sore. Just my two cents. Good luck.

  1. Consistent GPA, 3.27/4.00 or 3.3/4.0
  2. No need to have exact dates, just month and year
  3. Desk should probably be division or something, connotes trading
  4. You should know your graduation month
  5. Were you seriously in charge of an entire DCF and lbo model?
  6. "for just under" just be consistent with your previous and write ~$5MM
  7. Should have leadership activities
