Should I use my Peerage Title on My CV
Greetings, British prospective monkey here looking to apply to Barclays, Rothschild and UBS SA seats in London soon.
I am here to inquire as to whether I should put my official title on my CV, as due to my father's untimely death, I am now a Marquess of a tier 2 holding (think Northampton, Ailesbury, Aberdeen and Temair).
I know not if I would be percieved as stuck-up and a silver spoon child by my lesser, non-nobility peers and employers, or will this prestigious title give me an edge during recruiting?
Please lay your wisdom unto me.
why not tbh, they're all not-goldman-banks and so irrelevant anyway.
You are literally a salesman of corn and soybeans.
Idc I get paid a lot for making smooth brain trades and work ok hours. Hard work = not prestigious. Working for firms no one has heard about = not prestigious.
It’s only worth mentioning tier 1 holdings
I wouldn't bother unless it was Tier 1 (Salisbury, Winchester, Bath).
This guy is an Earl but he doesn't mention it on his LinkedIn or firm bio

That's because an Earl is practically a plebeian, while a Marquess wields far more influence and power. I too, would hide the fact fhat I was a mere Earl.
