sophomore resume help!!

Hey Guys, I was looking for some help on my resume and would really appreciate feedback. I've applied to a bunch of the sophomore programs for the BB's, but they all seem mostly diversity based, so I'm not holding my breath. I just wanted to see how I stack up in terms of other people, alongside things I should do to improve my chances. Thanks so much for reviewing.

To those who saw my previous posts, I made some key edits-hopefully this works better?

i go to ut austin-and thanks, but im still not doing too great on sophomore placement. i just got rejected by barclays capital generation next soph internship, so im assuming similar things for all the otehr diversity programs-being an indian male doesnt help much.

and budfox-dont know who u are, but i am the d/fw chapter prez of nothing but nets. not sure how i can prove it to u but they have an online donation system which shows your account-check it out.

what advice do people have for going forward form here? im a little nervous because im not part of ut's honors business program which is where most of the big banks and top consultancies recruit, so im trying super hard to make up for that. anything more i can do from my end?
