Trader Resume

Just wondering if anyone has any advice as to what a junior trader resume should look like? Currently have 1yr trading intraday FX risk at a BB, and was wondering some things that people have written about as a junior. Of course, it all comes down to individual experience, but was wondering if it is worthwhile to talk about specific days with outsized returns? Or just talk about general day-to-day trading that occured?

Trading is not about 1 or 2 big wins...trading is about creating a repeatable process able to generate lots of small wins, with the occasional big winner (often referred to as "leaving on a runner")

"investing" on the other hand is about generating a small number of big wins, often waiting a long time for them to pay out...it is important not to confuse the 2.

So, a resume for a "trader" should not include references to 1 or 2 big wins....because that tells the reader (assumingly an advanced trader) that you don't understand the difference.  A resume for a trader should include things about your "process".  How do you generate lots of small wins...what is your edge?  If you don't have an edge (most junior traders don't...it often takes many years to develop this) then what can you do to help other senior traders on the desk...and what are you doing to attempt to find your edge?
