Trying to move from Valuations to IB/PE/Corp Finc

Hey guys, I'm a little experienced (been out of school for almost 5 years) and trying to move into IB/PE/Corp Finc type role. I think corporate finance (Corp Development) are probably the most realistic. I'm not sure a lateral move into IB or PE would be realistic without going back to school, but who knows maybe a boutique would take a chance.

Anyways, I re-did my resume to make it more transaction based. Just wanted everyone's thoughts and feel free to rip it apart.

Thanks in advance
