A level reuslts - Where to go ?
Just received a level results and better than expected AAAA have an offer from Cardiff for AAB but could go to Cass (Bayes) with the same grades is there any comparison between the two universities for someone trying to get into IB and is the social life a key factor in deciding which one. A level grades posted just posted for the comparison to the course entry requirements i'm not trying to be a prick.
Damn son, with those A Level grades you could've gone for definitely better unis. Congrats!
Maybe I'd choose Bayes over Cardiff, being in London would make it easier to go to all those insight events that Investment Banks organise these days
Try to get into a Warwick or UCL or something through clearing, you got great grades bud!
Warwick through clearing
With those grades I wouldn’t go to either; you can try clearing or worst case take a gap year and reapply to schools like ucl, lse, warwick, etc depending on your course choice. Don’t feel the need to rush into it, a gap year can give you the chance to learn and experience many different things and you’ll start uni (hopefully) as a more rounded person. You worked hard to get those grades, and deserve to go to a better school. Do what’s best for you. Well done 👍🏼
Aren’t most relevant Bachelors at LSE A*AA?
Hi, Yeah I beilve most are but for every course at lse at least maths is needed if not further maths which unfortunately I did not take its kind of annoying
Clearing.
Try to get into a low target or a high semi (Bath, UCL, Nottingham, Warwick, Edinburgh etc.).
Bayes is okay but most of its placement comes from its masters program, not it's undergrad. Cardiff no.
Why have you included Warwickbin brackets as a low or semi target uni?
