Advice for Incoming Summer Associates

Hi all, grinded out '$10 of depreciation across the three statements' for six months and have secured an MBA internship. I would appreciate any advice for the next few months prior to starting, as well as any tips for securing the full time offer (and not agitating the analysts).

To invert the second part of my question, I would be especially interested in where you have seen MBA summers fail to secure a full time offer.
