Applying to ER after school. Minimal experience

I've decided to pick up the slack since graduating & after researching roles I'd be most interested in - ER is at the top.  One of my main reasonings for this is that it seems much more likely to land a job as a junior analyst in ER rather than IB out of school.  MO is always an option, but not ideal.

My only issue is I graduated a top 25 school with a bad GPA (3.0).  I did pass L1 CFA to hopefully make up for that GPA in some way.  Will this GPA hold me back from landing an ER job.  If so, which steps should I take in hopefully landing a role as an analyst.  With CFA L1 completed and nailing an interview, is there even a point of having my GPA on my resume?
