Are any of these schools decent Marketing MBA programs

I am looking to switch from retail banking to a position in the Marketing realm post MBA. I graduated during the recession and was unable to find a marketing position so I stuck with banking. Anyway, I'm looking to work in Consulting or working at a Healthcare CPG (or any CPG company. That's always been my dream. I've come up with approximately 20 schools that I'm interested in.

Northwestern
Duke
Texas
Carnegie Mellon
North Carolina
Emory
Indiana
WUSTL
Georgetown
Notre Dame
Vanderbilt
Ohio state
Wisconsin
Maryland
Florida
Pittsburgh
Rutgers

Think about the companies that you want to work for specifically and then look at how these schools place there. There was a recent article in the Atlantic about Minneapolis and all the Fortune 500 firms there, and many of those companies are CPG and healthcare. Have you thought about U of Minnesota? Indiana may also have a pipeline into the city

I would highlight Kellogg, Duke and Indiana for marketing. You can certainly get into good CPGs from the others, but those will give you the best shot. Indiana specializes in marketing and places a lot of people at CPGs. Kellogg is the best marketing school in the country and will give you access to the most on-campus opportunities. Duke has a great healthcare program. Outside of Kellogg, most CPG firms focus regionally, i.e. Ross has Kraft, S.C. Johnson, and other midwest-based CPGs on campus, whereas schools like Stern and Johnson will have Northeast-based CPGs like Colgate and Unilever on campus. Kellogg (and Wharton a bit) is the only school that truly transcends that, drawing on-campus marketing recruiters from all over the country.
