Best Major for NYC IB

Hey everyone, I’m an undergrad trying to decide on a major with the long-term goal of breaking into investment banking. I’ve narrowed it down to five options: Economics, Economics and Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, and Mathematics and Statistics. I know that recruiting is more about networking and internships than your exact major, but I’d like to pick the one that gives me the best mix of strong recruiting chances, relevant skills, and backup career options if IB doesn’t work out. From your experience, which of these majors sets you up best for IB, and how would you rank them in terms of both recruiting and exit opportunities? Thanks!

Comp Sci is great or math/stat. Just make sure you can get great GPA

I'm not usually a hater on people trying to understand finance and get the game, but holy hell does OP not have any self awareness. WSO needs a better mod team.

Writing

If you’re looking for some entertainment go through OP’s post history, absolute insanity to read months and months of posts on the same topic

Some people just really like Georgetown I guess.  I wonder if OP knows you can transfer if you don't like your university. Probably not.

It's not best major it's best school.
