Best UG schools for REIB?
Just some thoughts: Wharton Berkeley NYU Stern Cornell Dyson/Hotel School (would love to hear thoughts on Hotel) UT Austin

Cornell hotel school is much stronger than Dyson when it comes to real estate specifically. The real estate minor is run out of the hotel school and has more alumni connections in the REPE and REIB. Dyson is better for general IB, sure, but the hotel school has its strength in real estate.
Thanks so much. Would you say Cornell Hotel is the best for REIB in terms of placement compared to these other schools since it’s such a specialized program?
Out of this list, I would say it's second after Wharton. Wharton still has the stronger name brand regardless of the real estate program, so it's easier to get REIB looks. After that I'd pick the Hotel School with Stern at a similar or a slightly lower level

I'd add Georgetown and put it just behind Wharton/Cornell. They have an investment fund advised by faculty that is dedicated to investing in REITs and REIT debt, and the kids in that org place very well into REPE (Blackstone/Starwood) and real estate groups at BB's.

Florida State. Top 5 RE program in the country. Largest RE conference in the U.S is held every year at the stadium sponsored by REPE firms, development shops, and all kinds of RE related firms.
Jobs are mainly for roles in the South.
