Best UG Schools for REPE/REIB?

I asked a similar question before, but would like to hear any new responses. Would be interested in hearing anyone’s Top 5/10 as well as any Pros and Cons associated. Thanks for the input!

I don’t think you’ll get drastically different responses from last time. Would again echo Cornell & Wharton. Maybe Columbia.

If this is the end goal dont think non Cornell or Wharton is worth it

You can go to a lot of schools and find a great program. Notably, Wisconsin and USC have real estate focused programs. Cannot go wrong with Wharton. overall most important thing is network and you can’t go wrong with any ivy, Michigan, NYU, UVA, Berkeley etc as they all have top tier RE alumni

UNC is super underrated. Great program and sends a lot of people to top shops.
