Bocconi vs. Warwick
Hi everybody, I am currently a high school senior from Turkey. I have applied to many universities in the US however I only got accepted to crappy ones not worth traveling The Atlantic. However, I got accepted to both Warwick (Economics and Industrial Organization Bsc) and Bocconi (Economics Management and Computer Science Bsc). I am currently in a bit of a dilemma as to where to go as both Universities are pretty prestigious. I like Warwick for being located in the UK and being a campus university, meanwhile I believe Bocconi's program is more CS concentrated possibly making it better for my future employment, downside of it being in Italy compared to the UK. It would be really nice to hear ideas from people with experience in the field. Thank you in advance.
Econ at Warwick is really strong and you will see loads get spring and summer internship. If you don't know Italian, I would strongly recommend Warwick.
Although Warwick is the biggest shithole, I still believe you will have more opportunities.
Neither are real targets. Aim for Oxford,Cambridge, LBS or LSE if you really want to place at a BB/EB
You are clueless, he is applying to Undergraduate and you recommend him LBS?
Warwick places very well for both BB and EB, 3 out of 12 interns for Evercore were from Warwick this year.
