Boston College (Carroll School of Management) vs William and Mary undergrad business? (URGENT)

I got into both but need advice on what to choose. William and Mary is in-state, but I'm not sure I like the culture/campus that much (I know, unpopular opinion). I know both BC and W&M are semi-targets, but which one would I have better career prospects at? (also, BC is ranked higher overall I think? not by much though) I want to go into IB but I'm flexible to go into consulting as well, as long as it's in the Big 4. My gut is telling me to go to BC but my gut feeling is often way off-course, so any advice would be much appreciated.
