Breaking into finance from nontarget

Hi all,

I want to get into the high finance field, IB -> PE/VC/Corp Dev, did a business degree at a nontarget university (University of Calgary/Alberta equivalent) in Canada, not so good GPA, 3.2/4, graduated in 2019, current at Deloitte S&O Toronto as a consultant, for my profile, do I need a really good GMAT 750+ to get into a T15 MBA in order to switch into IB post-grad? How many years of work experience should I have before applying? or what should be my steps here? Taking CFA? or another graduate degree like MFin?

Planning to work in the US or Asia in the future, don't plan to stay in Toronto

Thank you!
