BSchool Admissions

Hi everyone, I was advised by some of my mentors to consider applying to deferred admissions to some of the MBA programs to potentially lock in my spot now if I do decide to pursue an MBA in the future, but I do not think I am a competitive candidate for any M15 Programs and would love to hear any insights as I do not want to reach out to my past managers/professors asking for recommendations or start studying for the GMAT/GRE if it does not look like a possibility. I know I have no shot at HSW/Booth but was interested in schools like Columbia and UVA. Originally from NYC

University: Ivy League

GPA: 3.8

Major: Business

Post Graduation Employment: AM at a top BB (GS/MS/JPM)

Extracurriculars: not much, involved in a million dollar investment fund through the university and a couple of business clubs

If there is anymore information that could help anyone evaluate my situation please comment and thank you so much!
