BYU vs USC, Georgetown, NYU, UPenn, UCB, UCLA (MBA?)

I am starting my senior year in high school and I come from a Mormon household. I myself am not religious, however there is a lot of pressure from family to go to BYU/ serve a mission before I apply to college. I am applying to BYU as a safety, but would much rather go to a different school due to my differences in religion and lifestyle ( schools in title). Are the differences in recruiting going to be profoundly different and worth the extra 40-50k at these schools? (I do have a college savings account that would minimize most of the debt of going to these schools.) My father often brings up MBAs and that going to BYU would save a lot of money if I eventually decide on an MBA as well. Also compared to BYU and the rest of the East Coast schools, how does USC rank? Would I be better off going to BYU over USC?
