Your SAT is on the lower side, so I would try to hit 1530+. Your extracurriculars seem good to me. Highlight some of your campus involvements on the application essays. Pick an ED 1 school you like and think has a realistic chance of getting into.  

 

Why not do ED 1 though? You have a much higher chance of acceptance (and often many schools distribute the majority of their financial aid in their early decision round) and there's no downsides (if it's truly your top school, you should be fine with being locked into it with the ED agreement).

As for advice: bring up SAT as the other guy said, write essays early (it takes awhile for ideas to come & things to click, so don't leave it too late, my main commonapp essay took a few months to come together in its final form, tons of ideas thrown at the wall until something stuck), and keep up ur GPA.
