Chances of getting into a top 25 business school for undergrad?

Hey guys,

I am Active Duty Air Force with roughly a year and a half of college done with a local college in Washington state. My current GPA is 3.78 with a 97% in Microeconomics and a 93% in Macro. I haven't taken my SAT yet but I plan on taking it after allotting myself a few month to study.

Some of my Military accomplishments Include:
Airmen Below the Zone (Promoted to E4 6 months early)
Promoted to E5 first testing cycle
Selected for Phoenix Stripe Conference (Air Mobility Command mentor program)
Dorm council Vice President
Managing Vehicle fleet worth 3M+ as a new Airmen
E4 filling an E6 tasking for a deployment (Awarded Air Force Achievement Medal and an Army Commendation Medal)
Special Tasking deployment (Awarded Join Commendation Medal)

Some of my extra curricular include:
Over 100 hours of youth group mentor
Lead 93 volunteers for the base Special Olympics.

I know this is an extremely broad topic and I appreciate everyone input.

I'm aiming to transfer into a top 10 school, specifically Columbia.

I'm applying for the 2015-2016 school year so I have a little time to prepare.

Any advice or tips? I'm applying for the 2015-2016 school year.
