Clarification on Degree Length and springs/summers

I'm currently doing a 3 year course but really want to do a year abroad and I will most likely transition to this next year. Given i did a spring week this year should I put this on my CV when I apply for springs again this year, or will it seem like I lied last year to get it? (I may be overthinking this quite a bit lolll). Furthermore, I managed to convert this spring into a summer (although not at a company that I have a desire to work full time with), so should I just not inform them of this change given the chance that they might prevent me from doing the internship because of the fact I will be in year 2 of a 4 year course? They have already said they won't ask for transcripts and the only impact of this is that I will decline the FT offer (which is what I would do anyway).

Any guidance would be much appreciated, thanks :)
