Your biggest weakness is that you have only 2 yrs of WE. EC's can always be spun to look good and most of the time they are not a real dealbreaker.

I will have 3 years WE by enrollement time. Not sure if that changes things too much. Also have a couple of acedemic acclodes which I left off: Best Senior Thesis in Economics or business, Economics National Honor Society, Phi Betta Kappa.

3 yrs is on the fringe, so it's a maybe. They don't care about that much about your econ awards - they get it that you're smart from your GMAT and additional academics accolades do not add much value. Focus on showing them why you are a leader, whatever that means. The problem with your profile is not your stats as they are strong. It's that there are a lot of people with similar profiles and it will be hard to differentiate yourself.

If you are able to put forth a compelling story as to why bschool and why now I think you are highly competitive candidate for Booth and I would probably place your chances of admission at around 80%. This is based on my experience with colleagues/peers who have gotten in, your stats and the relatively high acceptance rate at Booth.

Entrance will hinge on essay and recos as your GPA/GMAT are obviously top-notch. You should be able to bullshit some EC involvement for the purposes of essays but you dont need to save the world to get into Booth. Good luck.
