EMORY VS WARWICK
Hey guys I've been admitted to both emory and warwick for a bachelors in Economics. My ultimate aim is to work in the finance field, either at BB's, EB's, PE etc. Which of these universities will help me achieve my target of working for the biggest names? Locations isn't a big concern for me because as far as I know London is just as good as almost every major american city, save nyc for finance.
What’s Warwick
Clearly Emory :)

Went to Warwick. Now in PE. A good proportion are now
Warwicks a solid target in London for Finance. Emory is a semi target for NYC
Depends on where you want to live. The finance and job scene is better in the US if you have no strong preference between the 2 and Emory will definitely get you further in the US
See my reply on your other discussion post. Still Warwick over Emory.
It’s so disingenuous when Alumni of schools weigh in on debates b/c there’s a clear underpinning bias that is never stated upfront. Unless you’re providing substantiated claims and have an intricate enough understanding of both school’s placements, regions, college experience, etc, STFU b/c it then just becomes a population contest
Not stated upfront? I pointed it out in the first sentence for that very reason. I made my claims based on the people I know and where they are now, what other evidence and insight can I give?
