Emory vs Warwick

Hello everyone. I would appreciate your advice regarding the following, which is better for IB, Emory or Warwick? This is not only in terms of school, but breaking in as an international student (easier as an international in America or England, etc). Interested in EB/BB/PE/VC/MBB. At Emory I will be in Goizueta and will apply for IB in Atlanta and NYC. For Warwick it is Economics and would only be interested in London IB or Dubai IB. Would greatly appreciate your advice.

Hello. Thank you very much for your answer. I know the Visa is better in the UK, in the US it is a problem. However, do you think the pay cut is really worth it? Also what is concerning me is that while Warwick is a "target" so to say, it has recently been branded as a semi target by many individuals on here. In parallel, while Emory has always been a semi, it has recently begun to become a "low target." Also, is it possible to transfer up in the UK? I heard that it is impossible for LSE, however, how about Imperial or UCL?

Ideally US or even more optimally Dubai/ME. I get your point regarding me having to compete against all the Ivies, but at the same time there are fewer UK spots so I feel that on per capita basis both schools are the same. Admissions for the US and UK were brutal this year (predicted 44/45), but what can be done? The one upside that Emory has for me is the ability to transfer.

Don't take the point about having to compete with Ivies too seriously. The UK has much larger schools and hence fewer. The US has tons of relatively small schools that charge a bomb. Also the US as a country is 5x bigger with a better economy and job prospects. Essentially the logic of having a greater quantity of good schools is fairly ridiculous. Oxbridge/LSE for is like T10 in US essentially 10 schools for those 3. Can't comment about the specifics of your decision but I don't know much about Warwick. Emory sends most IB kids to NYC btw
