Executive curious how to make the most of Harvard Advanced Management Program?

Hi all, I’m an executive at a real estate firm in the US. Part of my compensation package includes some sort of educational program every X number of months. I have been accepted to the Harvard Advanced Management Program. This has an online and an in person component and runs over the course of a few weeks. It has been quite some time since I was in school and I really want to make the most of this opportunity. Do you have any tips or ideas that I should take into consideration, on the academic side or networking/social side? Either before, during or after the program? Also if anyone has already participated in this program any feedback would be greatly appreciated. I’m not quite sure what to expect. Thanks!
