Fordham vs Babson vs Villanova MSF as a Int. Student
Hello everyone,
I am planning on doing a master in finance and my options are babson,villanova and fordham. I wanted to know your opinion on 2 things:
1.how is the reputation of these school in the IB,PE and AM sector ?
2.Knowing that these are not Ive League, preparing for CFA level 1 while doing the program and already having done a modelling certification from CFI, do a stand a chance as a STEM international student ?
to give more info, i am a recent undergrad in Business from top uni in my country, did a internship in M&A in the biggest company in my country and would like to get a MSF of course for knowledge,network and land a posittion in PE or AM, not going into Ivy league for $ reasons. of course any advice is welcome.

If these were the best schools you got into I’d assume you didn’t get into any Ivy League schools anyways.
What city are you interested in working in? Fordham has an advantage being in NYC. All three are considered non targets so there isn’t a clear choice. I’d go on LinkedIn and see where alumni from these schools end up. Wouldn’t think the prospects from these schools are significantly different and that placement is similar.

I havent even sent the application process for these school. $ reasonss given that more ivy league schools are 70k + and that is out of my budget, and to be honest i am also not applying for Yve cause i only got 630 in GMAT. i would like to work in the northeast, any recommendations on other schools?
