FSU vs Holy Cross for Wall Street
Kinda of a crap student in HS but got into FSU and Holy Cross. I know they’re both non-targets but which has a better shot of landing a job on wall street? Thanks.

Career Resources
540 people at BBs from HC (don’t know what the split is between FO/BO/Wealth mgmt/etc
Looks like 1700 from FSU
Again, not sure how many of these are IB/S&T/CM/ER, but at least it’s some data point
Interesting but also FSUs enrollment is 10x that of Holy Cross so maybe it kinda balances out. I feel like they’re probably on the same level tbh.
filtering it even more by “investment banking” title on linkedin, 16 from FSU and 14 from HC… that’s from the 9 BB that have “investment banking” in their profile title
So Holy Cross places better in relation to its size?
FSU has good IB/PE programs and resources:
Diversity Leaders in Finance
Noles on WallStreet
Securities Society
I would go to FSU
Yeah if you're diversity FSU isn't terrible, but otherwise you're fucked
Placement #s at both are irrelevant. They both are basically at 0. You can get a good education at either but both will require you to recruit via networking, prep, etc. Essentially all on you. So don't let Linkedin placement factor in. Choose the school you think you would do the best and be happiest.
FSU has been sending a good amount of kids to BB IB roles over the past few years. You have to work hard, but there's a very supportive alumni network. Plus it's a fun university, and people in IB respond well to candidates with personality. Go to FSU
