How much does GPA matter for 2+2?

I am interested in applying to HSW 2+2 programs but am hesitant to take the time to actually study for the GRE cause I have a 3.3 from a semi target studying a business related degree.

Profile:

URM - Hispanic, interned at one of the smaller Tiger cubs (AUM in 5-12 billion range) and currently at a mid-size PE firm  (10-15AUM). Involved on campus with a nonprofit, worked with a small startup in leadership role and doing research with a professor.

Was wanting to give it a shot but would honestly rather just enjoy my senior year if a 3.3 is an immediate toss for HSW.
