How worth it is it to transfer?
Hi all, I'm a college freshman seeking a bit of guidance. I currently attend a non-target, although well-respected business school, in the NE that sends ~10 kids to investment banking each year. Most grads end up in either some sort of corporate function in a f500, MO at a bank, or some role at big4. I'm not exactly sure what career path I'd like to pursue but I'd like to keep my options open. I've made a lot of friends and enjoy my current university, however, I don't want to sacrifice my career.
My question is, is it worth it for me to transfer to a university with a better brand and opportunities in finance considering my circumstances?
I'd say it's definitely worth the hassle. The only reason not to is if you would have to take on significant debt.
