Is Cornell CAS good for IB recruiting?

I'm off to Cornell CAS this fall. I applied ED last fall to CAS rather than AEM (I've always wanted to do finance, just CAS was easier to get into, and I like learning a variety of subjects rather than just Finance/Business courses). I plan to major in Econ if I stay in CAS. I'm also considering trying to transfer after freshman year, but not sure. If I decide to stay in CAS, is the recruitment still good? Is the divide between Cornell CAS and AEM the same as Wharton and Penn CAS, or is Cornell CAS and AEM pretty much viewed the same? As stated, I enjoy learning a variety of subjects, so CAS appeals to me more than AEM with it's predominantly business courses. Cornell seems to have a pretty big amount of alum on Wall Street, but AEM has a very small student body (~600), so I can't imagine everyone on Wall Street from Cornell comes from AEM. Any help? Thanks.

There is really no distinction between CAS Econ and AEM, both have plenty of kids going through recruiting successfully each year. If you would rather be in AEM, then feel free to transfer (a fair amount of kids do but it is a bit competitive), but don't feel like you need to. I will admit though, AEM, despite being a smaller program, has a lot of alums on Wall Street, but they will be open to networking with any Cornell student. Congrats and hope you're excited for the semester!
