Is it really that bad?

Looking to apply for deferred MBA, go to a semi/lower semi target (think emory/usc type). My GPA dropped to a 3.6 and I think it'll stay around a 3.6-3.7. Ik these programs are difficult and I feel like my GPA is fairly low for going to a lower tier school. I do have great work experiences though, BB sophomore summer and incoming megafund intern for junior summer (both front office roles). What are my chances for T7 deferred admission? What about H/S/W specifically?

I also know that minorities are prioritized for deferred admission and I do fall under a diversity category. Also for the GMAT honestly have no idea how I'll do but Id like to think that I am a good test taker and I scored very high on the SAT so hopefully that correlates to the GMAT
