Is the college I'm going to for undergrad, recognisable

After this undergrad course I'll be attending in the next couple of months (finance and economics or quant finance), in Maynooth Ireland, I'm aiming for a masters in Finance at St.Gallen, Switzerland. I am wondering if the college I am going to be attending in a couple of months would be recognised by St Gallen and deemed a recognisable university.
Any tips heading into this finance world? How difficult is it to land a job in the investment banking industry, in Switzerland especially?

Thanks:)
