Is WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management MIF worth it for international students
I have been admitted in the program of Master in Finance at WHU as an international student with 25% fee off (merit scholarship). I am still waiting for the decision from Mannheim MMM.
Background: studied undergrad in Germany (not in finance), have B2 level German (will improve further). 6 month finance and accounting consulting from EY germany and more than 1 year in another function not finance. Will have my ACCA completed after study.
Goal: investment banking (leveraged finance or something valuation-oriented), M&A, PE or VC, AM is fine.
My problem with WHU is the school fee, I know they have a lot of career events and the career center is strong. But at the end of the day, it is still up to the students.
My question is: for any international students who attended WHU, do you think it worth it to attend WHU? One thing I prefer about WHU to Mannheim is that I hate study in public uni in Germany, but the price is still not justified for me.
