IU Kelley vs. Bucknell for IB (Undergrad)
I’m a current senior in high school deciding where to go to college next year, and I’m pretty sure I have it narrowed down to Bucknell or IU (was also considering Boston College CSOM, but it’s like 30k/year more than both of these schools). I absolutely loved my visit at both of these schools and the people I know who attend both can’t say enough good things about them. Which would you guys say is better for someone who is interested in gunning for IB? I know IU has the IB Workshop, yet I get conflicting answers on its selectivity. Does anybody have any insight into that matter? Bucknell seems to have a better rep as a whole, yet I know Kelley has a strong name behind it. Because of its size, do you think Bucknell would be less competitive for recruiting (3600 students in total vs 6000 ug’s at Kelley alone). Any advice would go a mile. Also, in terms of cost, IU will cost about 38k/year and Bucknell about 48k/year, so cost is not a huge issue.
Hey UndergradBankingHopeful, I'm the WSO Monkey Bot and I am sad to say, but this thread is lonely, so thought I'd post in here to try and help out. Some potential topics that might help:
You're welcome.
I would go with Bucknell, they have some really good alumni!
