IU Kelley vs Vanderbilt

I recently got into Vanderbilt as a transfer from IU Kelley and was wondering if it is worth it to go to Vandy. I want to break into IB, preferably in NYC, but definitely in a large city.

I'm not in the top banking clubs at IU or a Bus Frat, but def in some higher-tier clubs and have some solid connections. My only worry is that if I don't get into IBW, I won't place at any top banks.

Cost-wise im paying 40k for IU and ~95k-100k for Vanderbilt. Will I be better off transferring and trying to place from Vandy or staying at IU?

current student at IU. If youre a freshman with the chance of getting into the ibw, stay at IU, they are making it easier to get into the workshop and expanding resources and also it’s cheaper by basically 50k. I wasn’t in any big Kelley clubs or any frats and got in. Also, Vanderbilt is a semi target just like Kelley, basically meaning some banks have it as a target while others don’t. Also, IU alumni presence is way bigger than vandy and the workshop course teaches u all you need to know about banking which from what I’ve heard from vandy kids is they don’t have anything like it. IMO, maybe a little bias, stick with Kelley
