I'm surprised you could say Cambridge, because surely for finance: - MSc Economic History is more relevant than MPhil Architecture and Urban Studies (unless you want to go towards Real Estate I suppose) - LSE > Cambridge - London > Cambridge
And whilst I personally would love to study in Cambridge for a year, I don't see how it's better in this situation. Can someone explain?

go for the curriculum and not for the prestige as both universities are top notch. yes, cambridge is more well-known in the world but the LSE (finance) network is greater, and most of the analysts are actually from LSE (c. 30%).
also, both student lifes are very different: cambridge with its college systems and LSE as a cosmopolitan city-
