Major Decision (Indecision)

Hi,

I can't choose what to major in. I'm a rising junior. I've taken courses in CS, Econ, Math, some Philosophy, and did well in all of them. I declared Econ w/ CS minor but I want to revisit. I want to work in finance, specifically in energy-related AM, VC, or PE, but I can't decide what looks best to recruiters (my school doesn't have good energy-related majors/minors). My internships have all been energy related. I know largely speaking it doesn't matter, but I could use some help deciding the right move. Here are my thoughts:

Math: Need to take more theory courses, only four semesters left, quite a grind. Could finish the minor pretty soon.

CS: Cool, and I could finish on time. I have issues with a few theoretical courses left, I enjoy the applications classes though. Could be a lot of work still. Also almost finished with the minor.

Econ: So boring, but would be the chillest option. Maybe not as impressive without a minor. Also reasonably close to minor.

Other options are like dual majors or major minor combos between the three.

I have to make a decision soon for private scholarships, and I want to preserve my optionality. I also want to be able to dive deep and do a capstone/thesis if possible. What's the move here.
