MBA after MSF?

So I recently completed a top MSF and am headed into IB. The degree was a way for me to rebrand and get a sell side role which I fortunately managed to do in my preferred group and city. The idea of pursuing an M7 MBA is still very appealing to me, so I wonder if the MSF negates some of my value as an applicant? I wouldn’t have gotten this role without the MSF however. Will I be seen as over educated/having too many degrees? Also I focused heavily on recruiting so my GPA isn’t bad but I wasn’t top of the class either, which I was in undergrad. Would this hurt me a lot?

Additionally, what can I do in the next few years to help me prepare for a m7? I know the GMAT is important but is there anything besides performing well on the job that I can do to prepare myself?

Would it give me additional options beyond what will be accessible to me directly from banking? I know a Harvard or Stanford network and brand obviously would be a major plus, but what about the roles themselves?

Part of me wants to go into operations for a F500 using my IB skills and try to climb the ladder. Would an MBA make sense for this or should I go direct?
