MBA in the US or Masters in Europe

For context I am from South America  and I am working in a tech company in the corporate development area and I would like to work outside in the banking industry if possible.
I was looking to understand which one would be better: US MBA or Masters in Europe. I have no preference, I would love to work both in Europe or the US. Also, when should I start preparing for those? I still have 1 year to graduate in my country

I would need to get debt for both, but in Europe it would be much less. I just want to understand if it is possible (realistic) to do a Masters in Europe and secure a FT after in any country in Europe. I speak Portuguese and English fluently and my German and Spanish are decent.
