MFin program recommendations please?
I am a econ student at McGill.
I have sub-par gpa :( under 3.0
I have 2 internships (both unrelated to ibd); one at a conglomerate and one at PwC.
I have certificates from Korean governmental organization, certificate of securities investment adviser and certificate of derivatives investment adviser.
I have a couple of distinctions; some math related some not.
what Mfin programs should I be looking into to rebrand my school and GPA. (I know I can get high GPA as I got around 1 GPA in first year but close to 4.0 in 2nd year.)
What is your end goal of the Mfin ? What field are you looking to enter and do you want to stay in Canada ?
GMAT will be the determinant. Your internships are good. McGill is a good university. Assuming your rec's and resume are in line the GMAT will be the make or break.
Are you looking at Canadian MSF programs or those in the US?
