Michigan LSA vs IU Kelley

Hi, I am a high school senior who is interested in finance/banking. I've been accepted as a Direct Admit to Kelley and I plan on being an Accounting/Finance major at IU. I was also accepted to the University of Michigan LSA, but I don't think I will be accepted into Ross. I would likely be an Econ major at UMich LSA. Can anyone tell me what recruiters would prefer to see? Which would I be better off going to?

Michigan Ross>>IU Kelley>Michigan LSA

I lead recruiting for both schools (among other colleges) and have been very impressed with Michigan Ross students. IU Kelley students are impressive as well, but usually a notch below (there are exceptions); I've found IU Kelley students to be more impressive than the students from Michigan that are NOT in Ross. The non-Ross students simply just don't have the technical skills and are not as adept when it comes to accounting / finance related questions. Also, if you are going for accounting & finance jobs, why hire someone from an economics background with little to no finance & accounting experience, when you could hire a student who will have the baseline knowledge to get the job done with less training? Also, if you choose to go for accounting & finance careers, you will get asked why you aren't in Ross.
