RichardPennybagsMIT no question at alll
Your response is somewhat ambiguous. MIT is better for placement or it is tougher to get into? Or both?

State of TranceMIT Mfin by far.
I'm not sure I understand what you mean. Is MIT tougher to get into, or better for networking. Thanks! :)

So, have you all actually applied to both, or are you just talking out of your asses? :)

I applied MIT and was rejected post interview. I would not have gotten an interview at Cambridge because of their GPA requirement. Take that for what it is worth.

It seems like the overall consensus is that MIT is harder to get into. MIT accepts about 12 percent of candidates, however, whereas Cambridge MPhil accepts roughly 6 percent. Is the caliber of the students that applies to Cambridge significantly lower?

If you are a UK citizen, then maybe Cambridge. I know the Judge school doesn't have the same cache or whatever of Cambridge overall. Maybe I misheard.

MIT for everyone else.
